Ingredients
- Fresh Mozzarella Pearl Cheese
- Yellow Pepper
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- Italian Dry Salami
- Kalamata Olives
Steps
Prepare your ingredients for the skewer.
- Cut the yellow pepper into small bite-sized pieces
- Cut artichoke heart from its leaves.
- Separate your basil leaves from its stem
Stack each ingredient on the toothpick.
- 1 Mozzarella Pearl
- 1 Basil Leaves
- 1 Mozzarella Pearl
- 1 Artichoke Heart or a few leaves
- 1 Fold a piece of salami
- 1 Kalamata Olives
